
Sally Webb ONZM is the change champion who knows what it is to master challenges, both professionally and personally. She is well known for her ability to both nurture and challenge and her strong sense of humour. Having a strong vision for what is possible, as a professional coach her passion is supporting individuals and organisations develop leadership, improve performance, change behaviour and achieve results.
Sally has over 25 years of leadership experience in governance and management in health, education and voluntary organisations. She has held numerous Board Chairman roles, been a CEO, a Government Advisor and has many years experience as a coach and consultant involved in training, coaching and facilitation with individuals and organisations.

As a coach, Sally trained with and is now a faculty member of, the American based CoachInc.com, one of the leading providers of personal and corporate coach training internationally, and the largest provider of coaching services in the world. In addition, she is a licensed facilitator of the International Corporate CoachU Coaching Clinic. Sally holds Professional Certified Coach status with the International Coach Federation.
She has been coaching and facilitating for over a decade, with a focus on leadership coaching, education and development. Sally is committed to inspiring excellence and enjoyment for her clients. Excellence in terms of being the best they can be right now; and enjoyment in terms of making the most of each day where they are right now. This is underpinned by:

In the 2013 New Years Honours list Sally was appointed as an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to health and education.
Sally lives in Whakatane, New Zealand with her delightful husband Patrick and their two schnauzers, Missy and Mo.
